Data and scripts for "Resource landscape shapes the composition and stability of the human vaginal microbiota"

Supplementary scripts and data associated with "Resource landscape shapes the composition and stability of the human vaginal microbiota". The data folder contains longitudinal follow-up data from women with vaginal microbiota information (OTUs inferred from 16S metabarcoding data) and metabolomics data. The model folder contains the R scripts to perform numerical simulations of the community ecology model. The R_workflow folder contains the scripts used to generate the figures of the article using the data and the numerical simulations outputs.
