Data for manuscript- <b>Variable responses to ocean acidification among mixotrophic protists with different lifestyles</b>

This file includes data that was used in generating the figures and tables in the manuscript titled: Variable responses to ocean acidification among mixotrophic protists with different lifestyles Shai Slomka*, Jolanda M. Box 94920, 1090 XH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands This dataset includes results of measurements conducted on cultures of three mixotrophic strains of the Ochromonas genus: Ochromonas CCMP2951, CCMP1393 and CCMP1391. The cultures were acclimatized for either low or high CO2 conditions and an array of physiological parameters were measured. This files include three sheets - 1st sheet - metadata with a short description of the data available. 2nd sheet includes all physiological data. 3rd sheet includes the carbonate chemistry data.
