Whole-genome sequencing data of 251 deletion or conditional mutants carrying a spontaneous mutation that suppresses the fitness defect associated with the deletion or conditional allele. Two sets of controls are included: 72 deletion or conditional mutant strains that do not carry a suppressor mutation, and 10 wild type strains.
