we sequenced and assembled the whole genome of 123 clinical isolates of A. baumannii to understand the molecular epidemiological characteristics of A. baumannii and to provide theoretical and technical reference basis for effective clinical control of drug-resistant A. baumannii infection and transmission by predicting and evaluating different drug-resistant phenotypes, drug-resistant genotypes, MLST genotypes and their pathogWenicity or virulence.
