This dataset contains the full collection of raw and processed single-cell optical-tweezers force-spectroscopy recordings acquired for the study “Single Cell Vibration Analysis for Potential Diagnostic Applications”. It includes vibrational recordings of human A549 lung carcinoma and U251 glioblastoma cells measured under multiple experimental contexts designed to assess the influence of environmental and biological conditions on cell vibrational behavior: Chamber geometry: open-top Petri dish versus closed-top microfluidic chambers. Cell-cycle synchronization: serum-deprived G0/G1-aligned versus unsynchronized populations. Media viscosity: DMEM with incremental agarose concentrations (0.1 wt%, 0.2 wt%, 0.3 wt%) compared to untreated controls. Each record represents a 15-second single-cell measurement at 100 kHz sampling, collected on a Bruker NanoTracker 2 optical-tweezers system. Samples have accompanying metadata that includes sample identifiers and experimental condition identifiers.
