The mortality rate of Rabies can nearly reach 100%. Rabies virus can invade the central nervous system through reverse synaptic transport, causing pathological damage such as acute encephalitis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the mRNA transcriptional profile of spinal cord between the mice infected with rabies virus and the mice reinfected with rabies virus after vaccine protection, and explore the molecular mechanism affecting the protective effect of rabies virus vaccine.
