Soil samples were collected from chemical sugarcane field for rhizosphere, bulk around field, and bulk around tree in tillering and grand growth phases. Microbial DNA were extracted from soil samples and sequenced for V4 region of 16S rRNA gene and ITS2 region. Microbiome of three different soil types and two distinct phases were compared and contrasted.
