LpA = Lipid A; Ppg = Peptidoglycan and U = unstimulated, D+L = Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus 1 and Lipid A; ↑: expression upregulated; ↓: expression downregulated. P values analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis-test (overall, 3 categories) or Wilcoxon-test (recessive model, 2 categories). Genotype comparison includes the comparison of the respective genotype groups used for statistical analysis of mRNA expression; statistics performed by generalized Wilcoxon test.
