This data set describes NMR spectra, UV-VIS spectra, MS HR spectra, TGA plots, ITC measurements, potentiometric titration of AuMUPA and TEM images of AuMUS and AuMUPA. NMR data contain information of the synthesis of substrates(aldehydes) and products(oximes), spectra of complexation for the substrates alone and when combined with CB7. UV-VIS data describe the progress of the oxime formation reaction when the substrate is alone and also in the presence of CB7 or AuMUS(AuMUPA) or when these components are combined. The absorbance spectra of aldehydes (substrates) and oximes (products) are also included here. MS HR data show spectra of the synthesized compounds. TGA data describe spectra of AuMUS and AuMUPA. ITC measurements demonstrate binding between the two components: CB7 with substrates, CB7 with AuMUS(AuMUPA), AuMUS(AuMUPA) with substrates. The potentiometric titration of AuMUPA provides information about the determination of the pKa values of MUPA ligands adsorbed on the surface of gold nanoparticles.The collection includes files presenting NMR spectra of the synthesised and tested substances, these can be Proton(1) or Carbon(13) NMR spectra. These files are readable with the commercial software MestreNova.
