NCI Proteomic Data Commons (PDC)是美国国家癌症研究所(NCI)建立的蛋白质组学数据库，是NCI癌症研究数据公共平台(CRDC)的核心资源。该数据库提供开放访问的癌症蛋白质组学数据，并与基因组学和影像资源建立可视化连接和交叉引用，帮助研究人员进行多组学发现。PDC整合了CPTAC和其他项目的蛋白质组学数据，提供高质量质控、标准化处理和高效的分析工具。NCI Proteomic Data Commons (PDC) is a proteomics database established by the U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI), serving as a core resource of the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC). This database provides open-access cancer proteomic data, and establishes visual connections and cross-references with genomic and imaging resources to enable researchers to conduct multi-omic discoveries. PDC integrates proteomic data from CPTAC and other projects, offering high-quality quality control, standardized processing, and efficient analytical tools.
