SOC at 5 depths across 257 sampling points on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Loess Plateau

This dataset covers 257 soil sampling points from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to the Loess Plateau transition zone. Each point was sampled at a 1-meter depth, with Soil Organic Carbon measured across five distinct layers: 0-20 cm, 20-40 cm, 40-60 cm, 60-80 cm, and 80-100 cm. This data provides a fundamental resource for understanding the vertical distribution of soil carbon throughout the profile in this critical ecological transition zone.
