MiR-148b-5p promotes hypercalciuric kidney stone formation via regulating circRNA-83536/miR-24-3p/Calcitonin Receptor signaling [exosome-miR-seq]

To investigate the potential role of miRNA-148b-5p in the pathogenesis of kidney stones, we conducted urinary exosomal sequencing. In order to study the difference of miRNA-148b-5p expression between patients with renal calculi and normal subjects, we sequenced the miRNA in the corresponding exocrine. Please note that, as the mapping of the 'P11' sample was too low, the 'P11' sample was not included in the further analysis and thus no processed data was provided.
