Transcriptome analysis uncovers the drought responses of two contrasting sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) cultivars

We analyzed genes from sorghum leaves under water control treatment using high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatic approaches to explore the genome-wide quantity of genes and their potential function in the regulation of drought responses. Overall design: There were two levels of drought treatment: normal water supply (CK) and drought stress (DR), and two sorghum cultivars Sanchisan (SCS) and Jinliang 5 (JL).
