Import value of pearls, precious stones and metals into Mauritius 2015-2019

In 2019, the import value of pearls, precious stones and metals into Mauritius amounted to an approximate value of 128 million U.S. dollars. This was a decrease in value in comparison to the preceding year, when roughly 148 million U.S. dollars of the products were imported. Furthermore, Belgium was one of the main trade partners of Mauritius in terms of pearl, precious stone and metal imports with a share of nearly 64 percent.
