Supporting data for the study on microbiome treatments in hydroponically grown indoor wheat

Raw yield, biomass, harvest index, nutrient concentration data, associated statistical analysis results, and supporting information from microbial analyses of a controlled hydroponic indoor wheat experiment investigating microbiome effects on crop performance. Wheat (Triticum aestivum cv. Apogee) was grown under fully controlled growth chamber conditions and inoculated with Bacillus velezensis FZB42, Pseudomonas sp. RU47, a bacterial consortium, a heat-inactivated inoculum, or maintained as an untreated control. The dataset provides the underlying data used to evaluate the effects of microbiome treatments on productivity and macro- and micronutrient composition under non-limiting vertical farming conditions.
