Here, we report telomere-to-telomere (T2T) gap-free genome for Nicotiana tabacum cv. 'Yabuli', and illustrate the genetic landscape of centromeres. Subgenome phasing S subgenome: Chr01 Chr03 Chr05 Chr06 Chr07 Chr08 Chr10 Chr11 Chr16 Chr18 Chr20 Chr22 T subgenome: Chr02 Chr04 Chr09 Chr12 Chr13 Chr14 Chr15 Chr17 Chr19 Chr21 Chr23 Chr24 ·Files including genomes and annotations for NtT2T. We split the final NtT2T genome by its two subgenomes (SubS and SubT) to make uploading and downloading easier. You can just cat them together for your downstream analysis.
