Comparative transcriptomes from a EMS mutant diploid potato line low in glycoalkaloid and a wild type high in glycoalkaloid

Glycoalkaloids are toxic to human and can be found in potatoes. An EMS mutagenized diploid potato line showed low glycoalkaloid content in the tubers compared to the wild type.
