Translational Research Consortium for Establishing Platform Technologies to Support Prophylactic and Therapeutic Strategies for Dengue

A major goal of the virology platform in the project is to isolate dengue virus from patient samples, perform molecular characterization by whole genome sequencing and generate stocks of low passage viruses.
