本数据集主要面向铁路基础设施智能建造与施工安全控制研究,服务于铁路基础设施施工质量精准监控与评估需求。数据来源于国家重点研发计划“铁路基础设施智能建造质量控制关键技术”(项目编号:2022YFB2602200)下属课题的工程实践。数据包括:(1)蔡家沟大桥施工线形监控数据;(2)铁路路基构件与BIM模型关联数据集;(3)蔡家沟双线特大桥成桥BIM模型与有限元模型;(4)面向铁路轨道工程质量验收领域的知识图谱。蔡家沟大桥施工线形监控数据核心内容为施工期间桥跨结构的线形监测数据,系统记录了各梁段在不同施工工况下的桥面挠度、水平位移等关键几何参数的实测值、理论值及其偏差,为评估桥梁整体施工质量与控制效果提供了精确、连续的实测依据,对推动基于实测数据的智能建造技术发展具有重要价值;铁路路基构件与BIM模型关联数据集、蔡家沟双线特大桥成桥BIM模型与基于 Revit API 导出的 BIM 模型信息深度关联,为铁路路基施工质量校验、BIM 模型参数核对、工程数据追溯提供标准化支撑,适用于 BIM 工程师、施工技术人员开展数据对接与现场管控工作;面向铁路轨道工程质量验收领域的知识图谱数据是一套知识图谱可视化快照图片,内容源于面向铁路轨道工程质量验收领域的专业知识图谱,该图谱旨在将规范条款转化为由实体和关系构成的语义网络,以实现知识的系统化管理与关联查询。
This dataset is primarily dedicated to the research on intelligent construction and construction safety control of railway infrastructure, catering to the needs of precise monitoring and evaluation for construction quality of railway infrastructure. The data is derived from engineering practices of the sub-project under the National Key R&D Program "Key Technologies for Quality Control of Intelligent Construction of Railway Infrastructure" (Project No.: "2022YFB2602200"). The dataset includes the following four parts: 1. Construction alignment monitoring data of Caijiagou Bridge: The core content of this dataset is the alignment monitoring data of the bridge span structure during construction. The system records the measured values, theoretical values and deviations of key geometric parameters including deck deflection and horizontal displacement of each beam segment under various construction conditions. It provides accurate and continuous measured evidence for evaluating the overall construction quality and control effect of the bridge, and has important value for promoting the development of intelligent construction technologies based on measured data. 2. Association dataset between railway subgrade components and BIM models, as well as the completed bridge BIM model and finite element model of Caijiagou Double-track Extra-large Bridge: The information of the completed bridge BIM model of Caijiagou Double-track Extra-large Bridge is deeply associated with the BIM model data exported via Revit API, along with the association dataset between railway subgrade components and BIM models. This part provides standardized support for construction quality verification of railway subgrade, BIM model parameter checking and engineering data traceability, and is suitable for BIM engineers and construction technicians to carry out data docking and on-site management and control work. 3. Knowledge graph for quality acceptance of railway track engineering: The dataset in this part is a set of visual snapshot images of the knowledge graph. The content originates from a professional knowledge graph targeting the field of railway track engineering quality acceptance, which aims to transform code provisions into a semantic network composed of entities and relationships, so as to realize systematic management and associated query of knowledge.
