ChIP-seq of mouse B cells to study the binding sites of Bcl11a transcription factor

Using Solexa sequencing technique combined with chromosome immunoprecipitation (ChIP) to study the direct binding sites of Bcl11a transcription factor in mouse B cell precursors. This will facilitate the understanding of the genetic network in which Bcl11a is involved, and the mechanisms of Bcl11a functions. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
