The aim of this experiment was to identify pathways that are differentially expressed in lung tissues of uninfected or those infected with either parental or menT4deltaT3 mutant strain at 4 weeks post-infection. This would enable us to understand the mechanisms that results in attenuation of the menT4deltaT3 mutant strain of M. tuberculosis Erdman in host tissues.
