shotgun sequences of Littorina obtusata and Littorina fabalis snails feces

The project concerns the analysis of metagenome assemblies of fecal samples from two closely related marine snail species. Metagenomic data was used us to estimate the metabolic capabilities of particular bacterial species, the importance of which to particular snail species we assessed through a comparative analysis of metabarcoding data.
