NanoString Analysis of Gene Expression in B16.F10 Tumors Treated with the cGAS Activator, NanoISD

Characterization of the immune profile (i.e. tumor RNA) of a murine B16.F10 tumor 6 hours post a single 100 µL intratumoral injection of 2 µg NanoISD, Free D-PDB at an equivalent dose, or PBS. 12 biological samples are analyzed, comprising 3 treatment groups (i.e. PBS, D-PDB, and NanoISD), each with 4 biological replicates. PBS and D-PDB represent the negative control and vehicle control, respectively. Each biologial sample was evaluated for the mRNA expression of 43 myeloid-related genes along with 5 house-keeping genes (i.e. Gapdh, Gusb, Hdac3, Rpl19, and Tbp)
