Effect of compound polysaccharides on the intestinal microbiota in young rats. rat gut metagenome

Early alterations in the normal succession of gut microbiota may have an impact on future colonization and confer a beneficial physiological effect on the host. The project carried out the study of the effect of polysaccharides on the composition and function of gut microbiota in young rats. The results of which is helpful and valuable for deeply understanding the microbial community composition and relationship with polysaccharides.
