Data and reproducibility package for "Hidden kinematic-model uncertainty in fold-based reconstruction of buried faults"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data, numerical outputs, supplementary tables, and reproducibility materials supporting the manuscript “Hidden kinematic-model uncertainty in fold-based reconstruction of buried faults”. The study uses controlled synthetic trishear experiments to quantify reconstruction bias arising when folds generated by transient fault-propagation histories are inverted using a model family restricted to constant propagation-to-slip ratio (P/S). The repository includes the frozen production configuration, the complete six-geometry Reconstruction Bias Surface ensemble, Monte Carlo reinversions, positive controls, convergence and multistart analyses, observation-density sensitivity experiments, equal-data-density controls, and the executable scripts required to reproduce the numerical analyses. The deposited materials comprise: (1) Reproducibility_Package.zip — executable scripts, frozen configurations, environment specification, archived production outputs, validation analyses, and scripts and outputs for the observation-density and equal-data-density experiments; (2) Supplementary_Data_S1-S9.zip — machine-readable production, validation, Monte Carlo, observation-density, and equal-data-density datasets, with manifests and checksums; (3) Supplementary_Tables_S1-S8.xlsx — tabulated configuration, validation, Reconstruction Bias Surface, Monte Carlo, single-horizon, and equal-data-density results. These materials are intended to permit independent inspection and computational reproduction of the results reported in the associated manuscript.
