POLLEN AND MACROFLORAL ANALYSIS AT SITE 42CB1407, CENTRAL UTAH

Four samples from site 42Cb1407 were sent to Paleo Research for pollen and macrofloral analysis. The site represents a small prehistoric camp located along the western uplands of Castle Valley, Central Utah. The site was characterized as a light scatter of lithic debitage containing a hammerstone and two slab metates.从42Cb1407遗址采集的四份样本已送往Paleo Research开展孢粉与大植物遗存分析。该遗址为坐落于犹他州中部卡斯尔谷（Castle Valley）西部高地的一处小型史前营地，其遗存特征为零散分布的石质打制碎屑，伴出1件锤石与2件平板磨盘。
