20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) is an important hormone in regulating insect development and metamorphosis. miRNAs also have multiple functions in various physiological processes in insects. However, the interaction of 20E and miRNAs remain poorly understand. In order to identify the miRNAs in response to 20E in B. mori, 6 libraries from controls and treated fat bodies at 2, 6 and 12h of 20E injection were constructed and sequenced using the Illumina Hiseq platform.
