Transcriptome Analysis of Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213, and Their Corresponding EWAMP-R-Resistant Strain

By exposing Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus to sublethal concentrations of EWAMP-R in continuous culture, resistant strains were successfully obtained. Subsequently, their transcriptomes were analyzed and compared with those of the original strains, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213.
