Agmatine treatment modulated the BMP- 2/4/7 expressions after SCI.

Quantification of BMP- 2/4/7 protein expressions was determined by western blot analysis. The bar graph represents densitometry measurement of BMP- 2/4/7 protein expressions. (A) BMP- 2 protein expression was significantly higher in the Agm treated group (n = 5) compared with the EC group (n = 5) at 1 and 7 DPI. (B) BMP- 7 protein expression was higher in the Agm treated group (n = 5) compared with the EC group (n = 5) at 1, 7, 14, and 35 DPI and the increase was significant at 7 & 14 DPI.
