Quantifying the beach litter from Manado Bay (northern Sulawesi, Indonesia), which lies in the Coral Triangle, over a 5-year period (2018-2022)

The dataset contains information about the weight and amount of beach litter taken over 5 years (2018 to 2022), based on type of material, the nature of material, size (macro- and meso-size). The data was obtained once a year from September to November, and they were collected from 2 sites (Malalayang Beach and Bailang Beach) in Manado Bay, within the administrative area of Manado City, Northern Sulawesi, Indonesia.本数据集收录了2018至2022年五年间的海滩垃圾相关数据，按材料类型、材料属性以及尺寸（宏尺寸与中尺寸）分类记录了垃圾的重量与数量。该数据集的采样工作于每年9月至11月开展一次，采样点位于印度尼西亚北苏拉威西省万鸦老市行政辖区内的万鸦老湾，共包含两处采样海滩：马拉拉扬海滩（Malalayang Beach）与白浪海滩（Bailang Beach）。
