Abundance of Eukaryotic Microorganisms, their Ice Nucleating Macromolecule Concentrations and those of Standard Polysaccharides

Dataset associated with the publication Hartmann, Schrödner, Zeppenfeld et al. (2024): "Marine Polysaccharides – Major Contributor to Ice Nucleating Particles in Remote Marine Regions". The dataset includes the relative abundance of eukaryotic microorganisms collected between 19th till 24th of November 2017 around Svalbard onboard R/V Helmer Hanssen during polar night cruise. Further, the dataset presents the number concentration of ice nucleating macromolecules of selected eukaryotic microorganisms and standard polysaccharides. For further details see publication.
