Targeted Somatic Mutation (TSM) analysis for disease-associated SNPs on all genes that are: I X Chromosome OMIM SNPs; and, II All chromosome OMIM SNPs in Clinvar database.针对位于满足以下两类条件的所有基因上的疾病相关单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP，复数形式为SNPs），开展靶向体细胞突变（Targeted Somatic Mutation，TSM）分析： I. X染色体在线人类孟德尔遗传（Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man，OMIM）数据库收录的单核苷酸多态性位点； II. ClinVar数据库中收录的全染色体OMIM单核苷酸多态性位点。
