RNA-seq of genetically engineered mouse EGFR positive glioblastoma tumors flow cytometry sorted into PDGFRA and GAL-1 positive and negative populations. There are 12 samples, where each of three tumors were flow cytometry sorted into 4 populations: PDGFR positive, PDGFR negative, GAL-1 positive, GAL-1 negative.
