m6A2Target

m6A2Target is a comprehensive database for the target gene of writers, erasers and readers (WERs) of m6A modification. It intergrates high confidential targets validated by low-throughput experiments and potential targets with binding evidence indicated by high-throughput sequencing such as CLIP-Seq, RIP-seq and ChIP-seq or inferred from m6A WER perturbation followed by high-throughput sequencing such as RNA-Seq, m6A-Seq and Ribo-Seq.

m6A2Target是一款针对m6A修饰相关写入器（writers）、擦除器（erasers）与读取器（readers，以下简称WERs）的靶基因综合性数据库。该数据库整合了经低通量实验验证的高置信度靶标，以及两类潜在靶标：一类为经CLIP-Seq、RIP-seq、ChIP-seq等高通量测序技术证实存在结合证据的靶标，另一类为通过m6A WER扰动后联合RNA-Seq、m6A-Seq、Ribo-Seq等高通量测序技术推导得到的靶标。
