Differential accumulated proteins in response to water deficit in mycorrhizal and nonmycorrhizal sorghum plants were recovered from 2D gels and identified by HPLC-MSMS. MS analysis was performed by a Nano acquity nanoflow LC system (Waters, Milford, MA, USA) coupled to a linear ion trap (LTQ) velos mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany) equipped with a nanoelectrospray ion source.
