Complete genome sequences of five rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) isolates are provided from clinical material of domestic and wild rabbits during the 2020 outbreak in the Unites States (US). These represent the first available RHDV2 sequences from the US and should provide insights into viral spread and diagnostic capabilities.
