资源简介:

Source data from micromagnetic simulations performed in COMSOL Multiphysics and Python codes for data post-processing utilized in the paper: H. Guo, K. Lenz, M. Gołębiewski, et al. “ Coherent Spin Waves in Curved Ferromagnetic Nanocaps of a 3D-Printed Magnonic Crystal.” Small 22, no. 7 (2026): e08983. https://doi.org/10.1002/smll.202508983 This dataset contains the computational model and simulation outputs used to study microwave-driven micromagnetic dynamics in a woodpile nanoarchitecture under (i) a rotating static magnetic field and (ii) an applied microwave magnetic field at two excitation frequencies: 14 GHz and 24 GHz. Due to large size, the COMSOL model files are provided without stored solutions. The full workflow is supported by exported text data, post-processing scripts, and visualization materials. Contents • COMSOL Multiphysics model files (no solutions included) • Geometry, materials, boundary conditions, and excitation setup for the woodpile structure. • Simulation configuration for: • Microwave excitation at 14 GHz (woodpile_14GHz_FULL_ROT.mph) • Microwave excitation at 24 GHz (woodpile_24GHz_FULL_ROT.mph) • A rotating static magnetic field (field-angle sweep) • Exported simulation results (text files) • Plain-text outputs exported from COMSOL for both excitation frequencies and across the static-field rotation angles. • These files constitute the primary numerical results used for further analysis and plotting. • Python post-processing and analysis • A Jupyter notebook: fmr_rot.ipynb • Implements the full post-processing pipeline, including data loading, analysis of the rotational FMR response, and generation of figures/derived quantities from the exported text files. • Mode visualizations (animations) • Animations illustrating the spatial and temporal behavior of cap-localized modes (cap-modes) extracted from the simulations. • 3D structure file • An STL model of the simulated woodpile geometry: 8_sublayers.stl • Provided for direct inspection, rendering, or reuse in related modeling workflows. Notes for users • The COMSOL files are intended to allow users to inspect and reproduce the model setup; however, simulations must be re-run locally because solution data are not bundled. • The exported text files and fmr_rot.ipynb are sufficient to reproduce the analysis and plots presented in the associated work, without re-running COMSOL.
