MicroFace maps microglial morphology remodeling, revealing spatial zones and bifurcated trajectories during brain injury recovery

This repository contains processed morphometric datasets, representative raw immunofluorescence images, segmentation outputs, validation files, and metadata generated using the MicroFace pipeline for large-scale single-cell analysis of microglial morphology following neural probe implantation. The dataset supports the analyses presented in the associated manuscript and enables reproduction of morphometric, spatial, and clustering analyses.
