This dataset contains processed brain transcriptome data from Alzheimer’s disease patients and age-matched healthy controls (GSE260461), stratified by APOE genotype. In our study, we randomly selected 3 samples from each group and specifically analyzed CASP1 expression in the microglia, and the processed RDS file has been uploaded to facilitate reproducible analyses of APOE genotype-dependent gene expression and its potential role in AD pathogenesis.
