Cross-Species Causal Gene Mapping Reveals Brain-Region-Specific Targets of Cannabidiol for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Treatment

This dataset contains processed single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) expression matrices generated using the 10x Genomics Cell Ranger pipeline. The data include hippocampal and prefrontal cortex samples from three experimental groups: control mice, PTSD model mice, and PTSD mice treated with cannabidiol (CBD). Gene expression matrices were generated from raw sequencing data using Cell Ranger (v7.0.1) with default parameters, including alignment, filtering, barcode counting, and UMI quantification. The provided files include gene-barcode matrices and associated metadata required for downstream analysis.
