EVALUATION OF NEUROPLASTICITY AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF KINESIOTHERAPY IN CHILDREN DIAGNOSED WITH CEREBRAL PALSY
收藏资源简介:
Cerebral palsy is one of the most common neurological disorders in childhood and is characterized by persistent motor impairment caused by non-progressive damage to the developing brain. Neuroplasticity plays an important role in functional recovery and adaptation in children with cerebral palsy. Kinesiotherapy, as a movement-based rehabilitation method, stimulates motor activity, improves muscle tone, coordination, balance, and functional independence. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of neuroplasticity and the effectiveness of kinesiotherapy in children diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The findings indicate that regular, individualized, and intensive kinesiotherapy promotes neuroplastic changes, improves motor function, reduces spasticity, and enhances quality of life. Early rehabilitation interventions are essential for achieving better clinical outcomes in children with cerebral palsy.
