Figures 2 and 3 can be recreated from the data in the first sheet.Figures 4C, 5, and 6 can be recreated using the data in the second sheet.Each row in Sheet 3 (Features for Machine Learning) indicates a Non-conductive region, which has been tagged as either Arr or No in column B. Columns highlighted in yellow (F-I) are the features inputted into the random forest machine learning model.Values in Sheet 4 (Area of Vein-Valve) are intermediary steps used to determine the area of a flattened Vein/Valve region (see Figure S3).A non-conducitve region (i.e, row) in Sheet 3 (Features for Machine Learning) has a corresponding row in Sheet 2 (Figures 4-6) for which the SHAP value is matched with the associated feature value of that region.Examples from Figure 5 are highlighted in yellow in both sheets.
