Source data: Distributed in 4 different github links (Source_data_1-Source_data_4). Source data 1 includes as well the SEURAT code adapted to proteomics data used in the manuscript. 1. Supplementary_figure_6 folder: includes the Adobe Illustrator Fig_Suppl_6.ai; the xlsx file with the quantification of the correspondant figures; the jpg files for the correspondant sections. 2. Supplementary_figure7_9 folder: includes the Adobe Illustrator Fig_Suppl_7.ai, Fig_Suppl_8.ai and Fig_Supp_9.ai; includes the txt input files for metaboanalyst, the csv files including the VIP proteins out of the PLSDA analysis; the pdf files of the images of PCA and PLSDA from Supp_Fig_7, the svg files of the string networks from Supp_Fig_8 and the pdf files of Supp_Fig_9a-9d. 3.
