Expression of secreted novel AID/APOBEC-like deaminase 1 (SNAD1) in carp: tissue distributrion and response to temperature acclimation, and viral and bacterial infection: raw dataThe purpose of this study was to investigate expression of carp snad1 in relation to tissue distribution, temperature acclimation, and viral and bacterial infection.The dataset contains 2 directories with 8 excel spreadsheets, showing real time PCR expression data. The directory 1 "Expression of snad1_810 in carp tissue library" contains 4 files in .ods format, containing data on expression of snad1-810. Tissues library data are shown as normalized copy numbers, other results as fold change. Table 1.
