The early stages of species formation revealed by a genomic map of clinal variation across the European rabbit hybrid zone

This study provide insights into early stages of reproductive isolation between two rabbit subspecies in Ibrain Peninsula. We used whole genome sequencing data of population across hybrid zone and screened genome for identifying regions of reduced introgression. We further studied patterns of gene expression pattern in testis of pure subspecies and their crosses.
