CAIRT FL2S Results of NOy Case Study SSW 2019

Results of the fast level-2 simulator (FL2S) of CAIRT developed within the Earth Explorer 11 Phase A Science and Requirements Consolidation Study (SciReC) – CAIRT. A Sudden-Stratospheric Warming event simulated with WACCM-X as input to assess the impact of CAIRT resolution and noise. The files contain the summed NOy volume mixing ratios (NO + NO2 + N2O5 + ClONO2 + HNO3), degraded from the WACCM-X simulations with the CAIRT resolution and noise components. The data are provided on the intended CAIRT orbit and measurement sampling locations.
