Temporal dynamic characteristics of root-associated microbiome in maize seedling stage (ITS)

We set three series of experiments, in order to figuring out the influence of soil and inner-root miccrobes on the assembly of maize rhizosphere microbiota. These series of experiments including surface sterilized maize planting in paddy soil for 6, 9, 12, 16, 20 days, surface sterilized maize planting in sterile paddy soil 6, 9, 12, 16, 20 days, sterile maize (endosperm cutting off) planting in paddy soil for 6, 9, 12, 16, 20 days.
