Selection of DNA nanostructures by cellular uptake studied by high throughput sequencing. We generated a library of DNA nanostructures folded from single-stranded genomes and sequenced the initial library on Oxford nanopore (ONT) and Illumina. The data from this is stored in the files:Initial_library_ONT.fastqInitial_library_Illumina_merged.assembled.fastqWe then performed repeated selection experiment in the cell lines HEK293T and RAW 264.7 combined with sequencing to monitor the process.
