The overexpression of HAND2 in IMR32 cells results in a increase of chromation accessibility at the HAND2 and MYCN common binding sites. In the HAND2 stably transfected IMR32 cells (IMR32tetHAND2), HAND2 expression is Doxcycline (Dox) inducible. The IMR32tetHAND2 cells were treated with or without Dox for 36 hr and ATAC seq was performed.
