Stratamize Statement Audit Model

A processor-neutral, machine-readable model for normalizing monthly merchant payment-processing statements without storing cardholder data. Version 1.0.0 packages the schema 1.1.0 record contract (JSON Schema Draft 2020-12), a Decimal-safe structural/accounting/privacy validator, a synthetic corpus of valid and deliberately invalid vectors with a reproducible validation report, fail-closed release gates with SHA-256 checksums and bounded non-executing GitHub release attestation, and a loopback HTTP validation service.
